How It Works: The Technical Backbone
Our fire alarm monitoring systems are UL-listed and utilize AES mesh radio networks as the primary communication method. These encrypted wireless radios offer superior reliability, faster signal transmission, and eliminate dependence on third-party internet or telephone providers.
- AES-Intelli Net Mesh Radio: This self-healing and self-routing technology ensures redundant paths for alarm signals. If one radio goes down, the signal automatically reroutes through other networked radios in the area.
- Cellular Backup (LTE/5G): In areas where radio signal is not available, or as an added layer of redundancy, we deploy UL-listed cellular communicators to maintain continuous alarm connectivity.
- Supervisory and Trouble Signal Monitoring: System troubles, power loss, and supervisory alerts are continuously reported to our central monitoring station.
- NFPA 72-Compliant Polling Intervals: Timer tests or “Health checks” are sent at regular intervals to verify active system status.
